Noirtech may accept returns at its sole discretion. A product will be eligible for return only if Noirtech determines that it arrived damaged or defective through no fault of the customer. Items found to be damaged due to misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear are not eligible.

To request a return, please contact us with your order number and photos of the product and packaging. Noirtech will review each request and make a final determination. If approved, we will provide return instructions and issue a refund, replacement, or store credit at our discretion.

Noirtech reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.
